Function Room/Skittle Alley Hire
Our newly decorated fully licensed function room is available for exclusive hire to both members of Clevedon RFC and non-members. Non-members booking the club have to pay an additional £25 for Annual Social Membership of the club.
- We charge reasonable rates to hire the room for half day:
- 8.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m
- 1.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m.
- 6.00 p.m. - 11.00 p.m.

The room opens on to a large garden to the rear of the club (30m x 8m). This is available at no extra charge. So, if you wanted to set up a marquee or have a BBQ this wouldn't be a problem.
We also have the main clubhouse that can also be hired at the same rates. The main clubhouse can accommodate around 200 people whilst the function room can accommodate around 120 standing or 80 seated.
We have an onsite caterer but if you prefer to supply your own food that is fine.
We also have a party planner to help your event run smoothly. If you would like us to set the room up and clear away afterwards this can be arranged (prices dependent on requirements).
There is ample parking at the venue and it is ideally located just a few minutes from Junction 20 of the M5.
Hidden under the floor of our function room is a skittle alley.
