We met Dave Tilman at the Basingstoke game and as luck would have it, he was one of the missing names from 1981/2 photo!! He is the second missing name in the back row. Dave sent me this email:

Checked the website. I’m one of the missing names in the backrow of the 1st XV photo for 1981/2.
Great to see the old faces again.
Please pass on my best wishes to everyone at the Club. If they don’t remember me remind them of Boxing Day “friendly” versus Cotham Park. 50 stitches in my face and my nose virtually sliced off. And I still wish I was playing!
