Clevedon RFC Tree Huggers7th March 2002 |
|
A posse of Clevedon RFC players found time to help Neil Hutton from BTCV to plant some trees for the local community. The event took place under cover of darkness, immediately after an intensive training session. A total of twenty trees were planted in record time. The activity drew the attention of the local constabulary who thought that a bunch of twelve blokes were digging them up!! Neil was extremely grateful for the help and promised that his father Geoff Hutton would supply the lemonade on Saturday! | |
